The 25th Hong Kong - Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF), operating under the newly expanded HKIFF Industry Project Market, is officially accepting submissions for In-Development Projects (IDP). Scheduled for 15–17 March 2027 alongside the 31st Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART), the event offers a premier platform for filmmakers to pitch their projects and connect with international investors and industry leaders. Representatives of selected projects will be invited to Hong Kong for the three-day Project Market to network with key industry players and compete for various cash and in-kind prizes.

A discounted submission fee is also available for emerging directors who have not yet released a commercial feature film or documentary. The final submission deadline is 30 October 2026.

2027年電影業辦公室項目市場（HKIFF Industry Project Market）將與第三十一屆香港國際影視展（FILMART）於明年 3 月 15 日至 17 日同期舉行，其中發展中項目（IDP）電影計劃招募於今日正式開放，徵集各發展階段的劇情長片計劃。入選電影計劃代表將獲邀參與為期三日的投資會，與世界各地電影投資者及電影公司代表會面，並競逐多個獎項。申請資格及評選準則請參閱電影業辦公室網頁。

*新導演指過往未曾執導過片長60分鐘或以上的劇情長片或紀錄片，且作品未在任何國家或地區進行商業放映的導演。

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

✔ Project Format: Full-length fictional feature or animated film project (60-min or longer); 

✔ Financing: Has a proposed budget and is not yet fully financed; 

✔ Market Potential: Demonstrates strong potential for Asian and/or international markets; 

✔ Development Stage: Currently at the script development or pre-production stage; 

✔ Priority: Preference will be given to projects that have not previously participated in any other project markets

✔ 項目類型： 片長 60 分鐘或以上的劇情或動畫長片； 

✔ 融資狀況： 備有製作預算，且尚未獲得全額資助；
