Eligibility and Selection Criteria

✔　A full-length (running time of 60 minutes or longer) live-action or animated film* project with an attached director, producer, and production company

✔　With a proposed budget and not fully financed;

✔　Display a high market potential for Asian and/or international market;

✔　Exhibit both artistic and commercial qualities;

✔　At script development or pre-production stage;

✔　Priority will be given to projects that have not been participated in any other project markets.

To facilitate more productive meetings, all In-development Projects, once selected, are REQUIRED to submit a pilot video no longer than 10 minutes which demonstrates a scene from the project.

*At least 75% of the film's runtime must consist of movement and character performance created through animation.

評選準則

✔　片長六十分鐘或以上之劇情或動畫*長片，並有導演、監製及製作公司代表該計劃；

✔　已備有財政預算並尚在籌集資金；

✔　具市場潛力，適合亞洲或國際市場；

✔　具藝術及商業價值；

✔　劇本階段或正在發展中的電影計劃；

✔　不曾參與其他電影投資市場的電影計劃將獲優先考慮。

請注意，隊伍一旦入圍，將須拍攝10分鐘或以內的先導影片，形式不限。

*動畫電影總時長中至少75%的內容必須以動畫製作之場景、動作及角色表演組成。
