The Asian Short Film Fund (ASFF) is proud to announce its 2025 mentors: acclaimed filmmakers Anthony Chen, Stanley Kwan, and Park Ki-Yong. The three will review pitches from ten shortlisted projects, selecting three winners, each of whom will receive one-on-one mentorship from the mentors. Winners will be announced in late August during the upcoming HAF Film Lab. Each selected project will receive up to USD $35,000 in funding and be presented at the 50th Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF50) in 2026.

香港國際電影節協會（HKIFFS）與NOWNESS ASIA早前宣布共同推出「亞洲短片基金」（Asian Short Film Fund，ASFF），今日公布導師陣容，包括資深導演陳哲藝、關錦鵬及朴起鏞。三位導師將於八月中旬與十個入圍項目代表進行線上提案，選出三個優勝項目，並為勝出項目提供一對一專業指導。最終獲選的三個項目將於八月下旬HAF電影培訓計劃期間公布，並各獲最高35,000美元資助，於2026年第五十屆香港國際電影節（HKIFF50）展映。

Anthony Chen
陳哲藝
Director, screenwriter and producer. With Ilo Ilo (2013), Chen became the first Singaporean director to win the Caméra d'Or at Cannes. His second feature Wet Season (2019) premiered at Toronto International Film Festival. Both films were Singapore's entries to the Academy Awards. His English-language debut, Drift (2023), premiered at Sundance. Apart from his own films, he has also produced Distance (2015), Pop Aye (2017), and Ajoomma (2022).
導演、編劇、監製。首作《爸媽不在家》（2013）獲康城影展金攝影機獎及四項金馬獎，並代表新加坡競逐奧斯卡獎項。首部英語片《漂流》（2023）在辛丹斯電影節首映。監製作品有《再見，在也不見》（2015）、《親愛的大笨象》（2017）、《花路阿朱媽》（2022）等。 |

Stanley Kwan Kam-pang
關錦鵬
Kwan left a substantial impression on the international audience with his third film Rouge (1987), after which Maggie Cheung's performance in his later film Actress (1991) earned Best Actress at Berlin International Film Festival. He won both the Alfred Bauer Prize and the Teddy Award for Hold You Tight (1998). In 2001, he won Best Director at the Golden Horse Awards for Lanyu (2001). Directing as well as producing, he is one of the most prominent filmmakers within the Hong Kong film industry.

Park Ki-Yong
朴起鏞
Park Ki-Yong is a Korean filmmaker, producer, policy maker, and educator whose works span narrative and essay films. Through his leadership at KAFA, Dankook Graduate School of Cinema, and the Asian Film Academy, he has played a pivotal role in nurturing new talent in both Korea and Asia. While chairing KOFIC, he launched the Asian Film Alliance Network to promote regional collaboration.
韓國電影導演、製片人、政策制定者及教育家，作品橫跨劇情片與散文電影。曾擔任韓國電影藝術學院、檀國大學電影研究所及亞洲電影學院等機構的領導職務，致力培養韓國及亞洲的新銳影人。任韓國電影振興委員會主席期間創立亞洲電影聯盟網絡（Asian Film Alliance Network），促進跨區域合作。 |
