HKIFF Industry is honored to collaborate once again with Marché du Film to present five Work-in-Progress (WIP) projects as part of this year's HAF GOES TO CANNES screening programme. These projects are seeking sales agents, distributors, and festival opportunities. Representatives from HKIFF Industry and the participating projects will be attending in person. The Hong Kong International Film Festival has been selected as one of the seven Fantastic Film Festivals participating in the FANTASTIC 7 programme for the first time this year. This collaborative initiative, organized by the Marché du Film and the Sitges – International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia, aims to promote and support exceptional projects within the global genre film industry.
HKIFF Industry will showcase a selected Work-in-Progress (WIP) project from its 2025 edition: FUXI: Joy in Four Chapters by Qiu Jiongjiong. We invite you to join us in supporting new talents and discovering exceptional cinema at this showcase during the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes.
