HKIFFS has unveiled 25 HAF In-Development Projects (IDP) today. These projects span a diverse range of genres – action to sci-fi, fantasy, suspense, and horror, shortlisted from 276 submissions from 45 countries and regions. Among these selections are nine projects from female directors and five that passed through HAF Film Lab 2024. Alongside projects from acclaimed filmmakers and producers such as Kore-eda Hirokazu, Aditya Vikram Sengupta, Sylvie Pialat, Nai An, Lee Sinje, Stanley Kwan and Yeh Ju-Feng, the list also introduces ten promising projects helmed by first-time directors.
The expanded HKIFF Industry Project Market 2025 will take place from 17 to 19 March at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre alongside the 29th Hong Kong FILMART. To facilitate and promote animation production within the region, this year’s project market will showcase a selection of Animation projects. HKIFFS will reveal those shortlisted animation projects in mid-February, following the HAF23 works-in-progress (WIP) shortlist announcement.
香港國際電影節協會公布入選HAF23之25項入圍發展中項目(IDP)。入圍計劃題材及類型廣泛,包括動作、科幻、奇幻、懸疑、恐怖及災難故事,從來自45個國家和地區的276份申請中選出。當中包括九項來自女性導演的計劃,和五項HAF電影培訓計劃(Film Lab)的入圍項目。計劃來自多位知名電影人及監製包括是枝裕和、雅狄也維克朗森古塔 (Aditya Vikram Sengupta)、蕭菲皮亞拉(Sylvie Pialat)、耐安、李心潔、關錦鵬及葉如芬等,以及十位首次執導長片的新晉導演。
2025年電影業辦公室項目市場(項目市場)將於3月17至19日,與第29屆香港國際影視展(FILMART)同期舉行。為促進及推動亞洲地區動畫製作,新擴展之項目市場今年特別設置「動畫單元」,選出不同製作階段之動畫長片項目。動畫項目入圍名單將於2月中旬隨入圍製作中項目(WIP)公佈後揭曉,敬請密切留意。
