Eligibility and Selection Criteria
✔ Full-length (running time 60 minutes or longer) fictional feature or animation film project with a director, producer and a production company attached;
✔ With a proposed budget;
✔ Display a high market potential for Asian and/or international market;
✔ Exhibit both artistic and commercial qualities;
✔ At production or post-production stage;
✔ Priority will be given to projects that have participated in HAF, HKIFF Industry - CAA China Genre Initiative (HCG) or Operation Greenlight in the past.
評選準則
✔ 片長六十分鐘或以上之劇情或動畫長片計劃，並有導演、監製及製作公司代表該計劃；
✔ 已備有財政預算；
✔ 具市場潛力，適合亞洲或國際市場；
✔ 具藝術及商業價值；
✔ 製作中或後期製作階段的計劃；及
✔ 曾參與香港亞洲電影投資會（HAF）、HKIFF Industry - CAA 中國類型電影計劃（HCG）或綠燈行動（Operation Greenlight）之計劃將獲優先考慮。
