發展中項目外，香港亞洲電影投資會(HAF)亦設製作中項目(WIP)單元，旨在協助已經或接近完成的劇情長片計劃尋找後期製作資金、發行商及電影節等合作機會。所有入圍計劃代表將獲邀參加2023年3月舉行的投資會，於WIP提案會公開陳述自己的電影計劃。大會亦會協助安排入選計劃的參加者與世界各地電影投資者及電影公司代表會面。
此外，HAF將與康城電影市場再次聯合舉辦「HAF邁進康城」放映活動。大會將選出五個WIP電影計劃參加。獲選的計劃可於2023年5月康城電影市場放映及在官方媒體曝光等機會。
The Work-in-Progress Project (WIP) section of the Hong Kong - Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF) is now open for submission. The initiative aims to help directors and producers secure post-production funds, and connect them with distribution agents and film festival programmers.
HAF now accepts full-length fictional film projects in the later stages of production. Representatives of the selected WIPs will be invited to an open pitch session. Private meetings with investors and film company representatives can also be arranged during HAF in March next year.
Furthermore, HAF will again partner with Marché du Film of Cannes Film Festival. Five projects from the WIP selection will be shortlisted to join the “HAF Goes to Cannes” program in May 2023. Screening and exposure opportunities for the selected projects will be offered.
