The 20th Hong Kong - Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF) will take place in Hong Kong from 14 to 16 March 2022, in conjunction with the 26th Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART) and NOW calls for in-development fictional project (IDP) submissions. The selected IDP projects will be invited to meet with investors and film company representatives, and to compete for cash and in-kind awards! The submission will close on 1 November 2021. Applications on or before 20 September can enjoy an early-bird discount. New directors can also enjoy a special rate. We look forward to receiving your submissions!

第二十屆香港亞洲電影投資會(HAF) 將於2022年3月14至16日與香港貿易發展局的第26屆香港國際影視展（FILMART）在香港同期舉行，現正招募發展中/融資階段的劇情片電影計劃(IDP)！入圍HAF20的電影計劃將有機會與世界各地電影投資者及電影公司代表會面，並競逐多個獎項！電影計劃申請將於2021年11月1日截止。早鳥報名優惠將在9月20日截止。HAF亦特設新導演優惠以支持影壇新銳。期待收到您的申請！

HKIFFS Streamlines Industry Initatives

香港國際電影節協會成立電影業辦公室 (HKIFF Industry)

The Hong Kong International Film Festival Society (HKIFFS) has streamlined its industry initiatives, which leads to the formation to HKIFF Industry, a new umbrella section to oversee and coordinate HKIFFS’s various industry initiatives, including the annual flagship HAF (the In-Development (IDP) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) programmes), HAF Goes to Cannes, HAF Film Lab, HKIFF Collection, and the facilitation of third-party co-productions.

The submission of HAF’s Work-in-progress projects (WIP) will start from 2 Nov 2021.

香港國際電影節電影業辦公室(HKIFF Industry)在業務重組後成立，獨立於影展運作，成為協會一個新的部門，主要負責電影業活動，包括：年度旗艦活動香港亞洲電影投資會（HAF）、HAF 邁進康城、HAF電影培訓計劃（Film Lab）、HKIFF Collection 海外發行和與電影公司合作的製作項目。HAF針對不同電影計劃階段又分為「發展中項目（IDP）」及「製作中項目 (WIP) 」。

製作中項目 (WIP) 單元將於11月2日起接受報名。
